No purchase is necessary to enter the competitions, there is no cost involved in entering either. Prizes will be delivered only to the UK by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, or within an organized londonbikers.com event. In order to be able to enter any of the londonbikers.com competitions you must be a registered member of our website. Registration with us is easy and free. It does not affect your statutory rights and Data Protection procedures are in place to protect your privacy.

Winners will be chosen at random and without bias. The competitions will start from the time they are published on the website and will typically end when stated in the competition details. This is normally a period of one month but may vary. Londonbikers.com will make a maximum of two attempts to contact the winner once chosen, after that if no response is received after 48 hours then another winner will be randomly selected. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery.

We reserve the right to store competitor details within our system. Winner(s) will be notified as soon as reasonably practical after the competition draw/decision. If you are a winner, you may have to provide additional information and/or complete additional documents and return them to us within a specified period in order for your Londonbikers.com free membership to be verified. Failure to provide additional information, be a registered londonbikers.com member and/or complete additional documents within the required time period, or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected. Data Protection terms apply. The receipt by you of any prize is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, the competition rules.

Prizes are non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for their cash value. Please refer to the relevant competition page to find out the prizes for the current competition. In the case of prizes being clothing, shoes or anything else that have different fittings, Londonbikers.com will make an effort to arrange with our sponsors for prizes to be delivered to you with your correct size if it’s possible. However it’s possible that some prizes will be a bike specific fitting or a piece of clothing will be of a specific size or gender, in this case that’s the prize you will receive (try the forums for a swap!).

If you are a winner of a londonbikers.com competition, you acknowledge and agree that the company, any competition sponsor and each of their employees, agents and subcontractors shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with the use or possession of any of the prizes awarded pursuant to the competition, provided that nothing in these competition rules shall exclude or limit the liability of any party for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for anything else which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Any product warranty is responsibility of its producer terms and conditions of use. Londonbikers.com will not intermediate any warranty negotiations or accept any responsibility for faulty or defective prizes. All efforts will be made for you to get the best quality prizes. No londonbikers.com employees, directors, or members of their families will be allowed to enter into any of its competitions, being the same applied to any member/relatives of the sponsors companies. This does not include volunteers though.

Winner(s) may be requested to participate in the generation of promotional photographs and/or statements be taken to further promote the competition and ongoing competitions to entrants and sponsors alike. No unreasonable demand will be made upon the winner(s), but you should make all reasonable attempt to comply with our requests for said material. By entering any of Londonbikers.com competitions you are aware of it and accept this condition. Entrants must also be aged 16 years or older.

Londonbikers.com may update these competition rules from time to time. If it does so, the updated version will take effect from the date it is uploaded on to this website or any other website operated on behalf of the company.
