The REV'IT! Replica One-Piece Leather Suit & Stealth Gloves
6 Days ago
REV'IT! have provided us with one of their top-range suits, the Replica which is as it sounds is a replica of the MotoGP suit that Honda's Randy de Puniet wears whist racing around the worlds circuits at over 200mph each week. Notably, Karl 'Bomber' Harris also wears the suit in the brilliant BSB series, and as you should know, has put it through its paces with a number of cringe-worth crashes. One involving being hit by a flying bike at over 100mph. I'm thinking that if it's good enough for Randy to walk away from his crash at Catalunya last weekend and Karl's experiences, then it's good enough for me.

Michelin Launch the Anakee 2
12 May 2008
Nick Sanders, Ewan McGregor, Charlie Boorman, its all their fault. Showing the world that you can travel around with nothing more than a rucksack and a motorbike has led a new generation into the unknown. Making us think it would be easy to stack up the miles and travel across entire continents, encountering a barrage of changing and challenging terrains without so much as a compass and a water bottle for company.

The Nolan X-LITE X801RR Helmet
17 March 2008
Lurking in the shadows of the familiar names of Arai and Shoei, Nolan X-lite has quietly protected the heads of both the 250GP and MotoGP world champions. X-lite have been producing high quality and innovative helmets for some time, while working in the retail end of the industry I became aware of the X-lite X901. I don’t think we sold one, this wasn’t because it is a bad helmet, it is however slightly odd looking thanks to its innovative aerodynamic design. Although the X901 was exceptionally stable at speed and light we all tend to stick to what we know and so the big two continued to dominate.

Rhino Protect Review
09 May 2007
It didn’t take long for Phil to finish doing the rest of the front during which time I looked around at all the very nice high performance cars in the workshop one of which was a Pagani Zonda. Most of it was covered over but the rear was all exposed where the gearbox had been removed as it was having a new clutch fitted. After looking around and taking a few photos of the Zonda and other cars I went back over to Phil as he was finishing off the front of the bike.

Would you wear it? We Did. Respro Hi-Viz gear
15 February 2007
In my experience during the winter months, drivers get worse. They become erratic and unobservant, giving me serious cause for concern as I'm trying to thread my way through thick London traffic, or venturing out along dark and cold country roads. Do they see me, can I really ride defensively enough to avoid myopic drivers and still get to where I'm going faster than a bus? Wearing all-black gear which means you're essentially invisible from driver eye-level up really can't be doing you any favours, can it?
